GENERAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

We ship all orders to a United States address via usps. Added $10 fee for orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We ship all orders to an address outside of the United States via UPS International Saver, FedEx International Priority or USPS International. We ship to over 60 countries.

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and select U.S. Territories.

If you order your item directly through the QC Consigns Web-site.  You will be able to change your ship to address at time of placing order, but not after your order has been processed and/or shipped.

All orders placed will take 1-2 days after cleared payment to process before shipping from our facility. This does not apply to Art, or furniture or any item requiring freight.

*High Value Orders

High value orders will be charged an additional Handling fee for freight, certified shipping and insurance.  It will be insured for the total resell amount of the item(items) purchased.  High value orders include orders with any item over $400.00 or multiple items purchased on one order totaling $1000. A customer service representative will contact you via email if your order requires additional processing time.

HOME AND ART

Most Home and Art orders are shipped within 7-10 business days. Artwork and Furniture that is oversized may require a longer lead time. Home and Art items are excluded from the 2-day shipping and 1-day processing. Costs vary by the value and size of an item. You can determine shipping costs for a specific item during the checkout process before making a purchase. Freight charges are advised after check out via email within 2 business days from placing your order.  We do not ship Home or Art internationally currently.

PACKAGE TRACKING

We will send an email notification 24-72 hours including tracking information when your package has shipped. You can also view the status of your order and obtain tracking information in My Purchases in the My Account area of our website.

DELIVERY INSURANCE

QC Consigns packages are secured directly by the shippers.

SALES TAX, Cusotm & Import Fees

QC Consigns has a fiduciary responsibility and is obligated by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to U.S. jurisdictions that charge sales tax.

Buyer is responsible for any international import or custom fees calculated by their country.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All products except Fine Art, Furniture, or any items illegal by law to be sold in specific countries are eligible to ship outside the U.S. to the countries listed below. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials. Please note that the customer is responsible for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), and customs fees.

Customs and Duties

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the Buyer’s responsibility. Payment is usually collected by your customs or duty office at time of delivery.

QC Consigns may provide the international shipper with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.  We will not lower resale value or alter document’s sales information.

Returns

All items that are returnable within the United States, per our Return Policy, but  are not returnable internationally. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We do not refund for any shipping fees.  Meaning Shipments to the buyer or Returns from the Buyer.
